On the 1st of February 2009 we were happy to welcome another twelve children and two more wonderful mothers to our Children's Home. So at this moment 24 children, all aged between 6 and 16 years, live in Rhotia Valley Children's Home. It buzzes with their joyful sounds, the children enjoy themselves and each other and form a real nice family. Again the children were introduced by the local community - church, school and village council - as was the first group of twelve children. Last year the construction of the soccer field was hot news, now the latest news is that 30 chickens came to live in their wonderfully constructed chicken coop, the " Kuku Lodge", at the Children's Home!
